During the surveys performed in Paris and its suburbs, our surveyors use a pda to edit a complete list of the items to be shipped ant their volume, facilitating verification/modification.
Organization and follow up of the operations
A unique coordinator will be appointed. She/he will contact you at every stage, to prepare the operations and ensure your satisfaction before, during and after the move. Our e-tracking system allows online and secured access to the status of your shipment 24h a day.

Sustainable development
The materials that we use are recyclable and carefully selected for their protection level (i.e. Ecolokraft). Our trucks are renewed regularly and follow the environmental standards.

All risks insurance
It is essential to subscribe an insurance policy for any type of move, whether domestic or abroad, because the transportation risks, accident and fire for example, cannot be totally kept under control.
Thanks to the valued inventory that you will prepare, we will subscribe an all risks insurance policy which will guarantee your belongings from pick up to final delivery, for the replacement value that you will indicate. If it is possible to repair a damage, then an estimate of the cost might be necessary to compare it to the item value.
Our commitment: to compensate/refund you within 7 days, after completion of you claim file.
In addition to your all risks policy, Moving Experts activities are covered by a professional insurance policy.
